Welcome to Rinsons Health Care (RB Homoeo Shop). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://www.rbhomoeoshop.com (the “Site”) and any related services (together, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Site and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms along with our Shipping Policy, International Shipping Policy, Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Privacy Policy and Disclaimer (together, the “Policies”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and the Policies form a legally binding agreement between you and RB Homoeo Shop. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You have read, understood and accepted these Terms and all applicable Policies
  • Your order is governed by them even if you have not opened each page individually
  • Completing checkout constitutes full acceptance

If these Terms and a Policy differ on a specific subject (for example, shipping or returns), the more specific Policy applies to that subject. For international orders, the International Shipping Policy applies over the other Policies where they differ.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. If you are a minor, you may use the Site only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

4. User Accounts and Security

You are responsible for keeping your account and password confidential and for all activity under your account. Please give us accurate and current information, and tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

5. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product details, but:

  • Product images are for representation only. Actual appearance, including colour, texture, size or packaging, may vary due to batch differences or manufacturer updates, and such variations are not defects.
  • Descriptions and indications are based on traditional homoeopathic literature and manufacturer information, and are for general information only.
  • Products are subject to availability and may be updated, replaced or discontinued without notice.

6. Orders, Stock, Pricing and Payment

6.1 We are not a stockist

RB Homoeo Shop is not a stockist. We offer a catalogue of 7,000+ Indian and German homoeopathic products and procure most items from authorised dealers and distributors on a daily basis, against customer orders. Stock shown on the Site is indicative only and does not mean the item is physically available with us at that moment. Dispatch timelines are set out in our Shipping Policy.

6.2 Order stages

  • Order Received: you place the order and, for prepaid orders, complete payment. This is a purchase request, not yet a confirmed sale.
  • Order Confirmed: we confirm your order (for COD orders, after verification) and either have the items available or have placed them for procurement with our supplier. We will notify you by WhatsApp, SMS or email.
  • Dispatched: the order is handed to the courier and tracking details are shared.

A contract for an item is formed when we confirm your order for it. If we cannot confirm an item, we will tell you and refund any amount paid for it in full. Orders placed through WhatsApp are confirmed as described in our International Shipping Policy.

6.3 Cancellation

For orders in India, you may cancel free of charge until procurement has been placed for your order. After that, the item cannot be cancelled except where we are unable to supply it. Full details, including any handling charge for late cancellations and refunds when we cannot supply, are in our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.

International orders cannot be cancelled (see our International Shipping Policy), except that we refund any item we are unable to supply, or any order we cancel ourselves.

6.4 Pricing and payment

  • All prices are in INR unless stated otherwise, and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways such as Razorpay. We do not store your card details.
  • We may cancel or limit an order in case of a pricing error, a payment failure or an operational issue. If we cancel after you have paid, you will be refunded in full.

6.5 Price updates

Manufacturer prices and printed MRP may change without notice, and the price on the Site may briefly differ from the price of the stock we receive.

  • If the website price has been increased but we receive stock printed with the earlier lower price, you will not be charged the higher amount, and any excess already collected will be refunded.
  • If the manufacturer has increased the price and the Site has not yet been updated, we may contact you before dispatch about the difference. If you do not agree to the revised price, we will cancel the order (or that item) and refund the amount paid.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We use third-party courier partners. Once an order is dispatched, delivery is managed by the courier, and we assist with coordination but do not control courier operations.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Date-specific or time-specific delivery is not guaranteed unless we confirm it in writing.
  • If some items take longer, we may send the available items first. For orders in India, we do not charge additional shipping for the second shipment when the split is caused by our procurement or stock delays. International orders are normally sent as a single shipment (see our International Shipping Policy).
  • Delays caused by couriers, weather, strikes or other external factors do not by themselves entitle you to cancellation or compensation. A lost or undeliverable parcel is handled as set out in our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Customer responsibility. You must provide an accurate delivery address, a valid contact number and correct order details. Errors made when placing an order are your responsibility.

8. Refusal at Delivery and RTO

Refusing delivery, or cancelling delivery with the courier, is treated as Return to Origin (RTO) and not as cancellation of the order.

  • Cancelling delivery with the courier does not cancel the website order.
  • Refunds in RTO cases are processed only as set out in our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy, including deductions for forward shipping, return shipping and handling.
  • Re-dispatch of RTO orders is available only on the conditions set out in that policy.

9. Returns, Refunds and Claims

Because our products are medicines and consumable health products, most are not returnable for hygiene and safety reasons. For orders in India, in summary:

  • Valid claims are limited to wrong, missing, damaged, leaked, defective or expired items.
  • You must report the issue within 3 days of delivery and provide a continuous, uncut and unedited video of the parcel being opened, starting before the seal is broken. The 3 days run from the delivery date shown in the courier’s tracking, not from the date you open the parcel.
  • Claims reported late or without video proof are generally not accepted, although we may consider genuine exceptional cases at our discretion.
  • If we ask for proof and do not receive it within 3 days of our request, the claim is treated as closed.
  • Refunds are made to the original payment method only.

For international orders, a different remedy applies: missing or wrong items (reported with the opening video within [7] days of delivery) are added to your next order at no extra cost, and broken or leaked items are not replaced or refunded. See our International Shipping Policy.

10. Manufacturer Responsibility

Products are supplied sealed, as received from manufacturers.

  • We do not open, alter or modify products, and we do not control manufacturing processes.
  • For concerns about batch quality, formulation, composition or recalls, please contact the manufacturer. We pass on recall notices when they are officially communicated to us.

11. International Orders

International orders are subject to our International Shipping Policy. In summary, international orders cannot be cancelled once placed, you are responsible for checking that the products are permitted in your country, for providing any documents required by customs, and for paying customs duties and taxes. We are not responsible for shipments that are held, rejected or returned for these reasons.

12. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
  • Scrape or copy data from the Site, or use bots or automated tools to place orders or collect information
  • Interfere with the Site, its security or other users
  • Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information or claims

13. User Content

If you submit reviews or other content, you confirm that it is accurate and lawful, and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, display and reproduce it on the Site and in our marketing. We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading or abusive.

14. Medical Disclaimer

  • The content on the Site is for general information only. It is not medical advice and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
  • We do not provide medical advice or prescribe medicines. Please consult a qualified doctor or homoeopathic physician before starting, changing or stopping any treatment, particularly if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, giving medicine to a child, have a serious condition or take other medication.
  • Individual results vary, and we do not guarantee any particular outcome from any product.

15. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, product listings and design, is protected by applicable law. You may not copy, reproduce or use it without our written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use of the Site.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.

18. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses and expenses arising from your misuse of the Site or your breach of these Terms or the Policies.

19. Data and Privacy

Your personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

20. Electronic Communication

You agree that we may communicate with you by email, SMS, WhatsApp and other electronic means about your orders, and that these communications are valid and binding. Promotional messages are sent only with your consent, and you may opt out at any time.

21. Suspension, Termination and Fair Use

We may cancel orders, restrict or suspend accounts, or refuse service where there is repeated abuse, fraudulent behaviour, repeated unsubstantiated claims or other misuse of the Site or our Policies. Where an order is cancelled for these reasons before dispatch, any amount paid for that order will be refunded.

22. Evidence and Records

Order logs, timestamps, system records, payment records and communication records (including WhatsApp, email and SMS) maintained by us will be treated as valid evidence in any dispute, unless shown to be inaccurate.

23. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services such as payment gateways and courier partners. We are not responsible for their acts, omissions or availability, but we will help you in dealing with them where you have a problem with an order.

24. Grievance Redressal

25. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any rights you have under applicable consumer law, disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.

26. Severability and Changes

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain enforceable. We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version applies from the date it is posted, and orders are governed by the version in force when the order was placed.

27. Entire Agreement

These Terms and the Policies form the entire agreement between you and RB Homoeo Shop on their subject matter.
