2. Agreement to Terms

These Terms, along with our Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy, form a legally binding agreement.

By placing an order, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

  • Your order is governed by these policies even if you have not accessed each page individually
  • Completion of checkout constitutes full acceptance of all terms and policies

6. Orders, Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are in INR unless specified
  • By placing an order, you submit a purchase request subject to these Terms
  • An order is considered accepted only after dispatch confirmation with tracking details

Prepaid Order Confirmation

Prepaid orders are treated as confirmed purchase requests.

By completing payment, you agree that:

  • Orders will be processed as per applicable policies
  • Such orders may not be eligible for cancellation once confirmed

We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders in case of pricing errors or operational issues.

Price Update on Website

  • Manufacturer prices and printed MRP may change without prior notice to RB Homoeo Shop.
  • Due to supplier stock movement and timing of price updates, the price displayed on the website may occasionally differ from the price/MRP of the physical stock received.
  • If the website price has already been increased but we receive stock bearing the previous lower price, the customer will not be charged the higher amount solely because of the updated website price. If an excess amount has already been collected, the difference will be refunded.
  • If the manufacturer/supplier has increased the price but the website has not yet been updated, we may contact the customer before dispatch regarding the applicable price difference.
  • If the customer does not agree to pay the revised amount, RB Homoeo Shop may cancel the order and issue a refund of the amount paid, as applicable.
  • We will make reasonable efforts to keep product pricing updated, but temporary discrepancies may occur due to manufacturer price revisions and supplier stock received during the transition.

7. Shipping & Delivery Responsibility

We use third-party courier partners for delivery.

  • Once dispatched, delivery is managed by the courier
  • We assist in coordination but do not control courier operations

Delivery Timelines

  • Delivery timelines are estimates only
  • Time-bound delivery is not guaranteed unless explicitly confirmed

Delays due to courier operations, weather, strikes, or external factors do not qualify for cancellation or refund.

Customer Responsibility

Customers must provide accurate:

  • Address
  • Contact number
  • Order details

Errors made during order placement are the customer’s responsibility.

8. Refusal at Delivery / RTO (Return to Origin)

Refusal to accept delivery or cancellation at delivery will be treated as Return to Origin (RTO) and not as order cancellation.

  • Delivery attempt is considered completed once shipment is dispatched
  • Courier-level cancellation does not cancel the website order

Any refund in such cases will be processed only as per the Return & Refund Policy, including applicable deductions.
