Return & Refund Policy
At Rinsons Health Care (RB Homoeo Shop), we value your trust and strive to deliver authentic OTC homeopathy products with utmost care in packaging and shipping.
Since we deal in medicines and consumable health products, most items are non-returnable due to safety, regulatory, and hygiene reasons. Please read our return and refund terms carefully before placing your order.
1. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds or replacements will not be provided in the following situations:
- If you no longer need the product after purchase.
- If you ordered the wrong product, brand, quantity, or potency.
(You may request corrections before dispatch — such as brand change, potency adjustment, or quantity increase. Such changes are subject to availability, approval by management, and may delay shipping/delivery. Please note: re-shipping is not free. Even if your order originally qualified for free shipping, you may be required to pay previous shipment/RTO charges and re-shipment fees.) - If you placed an order by mistake.
- If you wish to buy from another vendor or found a cheaper offer elsewhere.
- If you (or your authorized person) are not available to accept the courier at the time of delivery.
- If the courier is returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address or invalid contact number.
- If delivery is delayed due to operational issues, unforeseen conditions, or courier partner delays. (We use third-party courier services and do not have direct control over transit times. While we will assist in tracking and resolving the issue, delayed delivery is not eligible for refund or cancellation.)
2. Valid Return/Refund Cases
A refund or replacement will be processed only in the following cases:
- You receive a wrong product (different from what was ordered).
- You receive a damaged or defective product.
- You receive an expired product.
Mandatory condition for claims:
- You must provide unedited video proof of parcel opening (from sealed package to showing product condition).
- The video should clearly capture the package opening and the issue with the product.
- Claims without video evidence will not be accepted.
3. International Orders
- Buyers must ensure that the ordered products are not restricted or banned in the destination country.
- No refund will be issued if customs rejects/returns the shipment due to local restrictions, bans, or unpaid customs duties.
- Customs clearance charges, duties, or agent fees (if applicable) are the buyer’s responsibility.
- If a parcel is returned due to non-payment of customs duty, no refund will be issued for product or shipping costs.
- We do not offer complimentary replacements for broken or leaked bottles in international transit. Replacements may be arranged on a chargeable basis.
4. Refund Process & Duration
- If you are charged extra due to an MRP mismatch, the excess amount will be refunded within 24 hours of claim verification.
- If a product is unavailable or out of stock, we will refund the order amount within 1 working day.
- Refunds are always processed back to the original payment method used (NEFT/UPI/Payment Gateway).
- No cash refunds are provided.
5. Legal Compliance
This policy is framed in accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, Government of India.
