International Shipping Policy

At Rinsons Health Care (RB Homoeo Shop), we serve customers worldwide by shipping OTC homeopathy products with reliable courier partners. Please read the following terms carefully before placing an international order.

1. Countries We Serve

You can place your order directly on our website if you are located in one of the following countries:

Oman, Sweden, Australia, Austria, Barbados, Bangladesh, Bulgaria, Canada, France, Germany, Ghana, Hong Kong, Hungary, Indonesia, Italy, Kenya, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Nepal, Philippines, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sri Lanka, UAE, Uganda, United Kingdom, USA, Vietnam.

2. Order Placement & Pricing

  • All products are sold strictly at MRP (Maximum Retail Price).

  • Orders are considered accepted only when:

    • Both customer and RB Homoeo Shop agree on the product and shipping charges, and

    • The customer confirms readiness to pay.

3. Shipment & Delivery

  • We ship to all countries except Afghanistan and Pakistan.

  • Courier partners: Shipglobal, India Speed Post and Aramex.

  • Tracking details will be shared after dispatch.

  • Weight limits: Minimum chargeable weight is 1 kg. Maximum weight per order is 2 kg.

  • Delivery timelines depend on courier partners and customs clearance in the destination country.

  • Note: Since we use third-party courier services, delays due to operational issues or customs checks are beyond our control and are not eligible for refund or cancellation.

4. Payments

  • Preferred mode: Razorpay.

  • PayPal is available on request. In such cases:

    • A PayPal payment link will be shared.

    • PayPal transaction fees will be borne by the buyer.

5. Refunds & Replacements

  • Please ensure that you genuinely require the product before ordering.

  • It is the buyer’s responsibility to check whether homeopathy medicines are permitted in their country.

  • If required, we can provide a doctor’s prescription from our in-house homeopathy doctor (chargeable). Alternatively, you may share your own doctor’s prescription by email at care@rbhomoeoshop.com or WhatsApp.

  • No refund will be provided if:

    • The shipment is rejected or returned by customs due to restrictions, or

    • The buyer fails to pay customs clearance charges.

  • We do not offer free replacement of broken or leaked bottles during transit.

    • We ensure secure packaging, but replacements (if requested) will be chargeable.

6. Customs Clearance

  • It is the sole responsibility of the buyer (consignee) to pay customs clearance fees, duties, or charges (if applicable).

  • Local customs authorities may require you to hire clearance agents and pay duties to release the parcel.

  • Failure to complete customs formalities may result in the parcel being returned to us. In such cases, no refund will be issued for the product or shipping cost.
